Vee's CARIBBEAN - Santa Maria Salute

Already in the middle of the 18th century, coffee of the Arabica Bourbon variety has reached the Caribbean through the  French colonies, and it has remained largely intact in its originality. In Cuba, for example, coffee is cultivated under shady trees in lower-lying, more fertile humus-rich regions under intense sunlight. Slow maturation gives the coffee cherries an intense sweetness with complex aromas. Premium Caribbean coffee reminds of Dominican coffee and the Blue Mountain coffee of Jamaica. Vee's CARIBBEAN Santa Maria Salute is well-balanced, with a pronounced spicy body and sweet aromas reminiscent of dark chocolate and hints of tobacco.
