    We offer a decaffeinated mild highland coffee from Colombia, which is also ideal for serving as a decaffeinated espresso or cappuccino. We source our highest quality highland coffee from the foothills of the Andes, where it is harvested at high altitudes predominantly from Arabica-Typica coffee trees with lower yields. Our "Mild Highland Coffee" is powerful and incomparably velvety in taste, mild and balanced. 
    These coffee beans are decaffeinated by using the swiss-water-process, a natural decaffeination method that uses water rather than solvents to gently remove caffeine from raw green coffee beans while maintaining the beans' distinctive flavour profile. At Vee's we use the same high-quality beans we use in our regular coffees to ensure a decaf with so much richness and depth, it tastes as good as the real thing.
