The quality in Sumatra is fluctuating because of the large number of smallholders, so we only offer it, if we manage to buy first-class quality. The coffee cherries are dried in the sun on the ground (dry preparation) so that the coffee beans absorb flavour components from the pulp and from the soil. The result of dry processing is a low-acid coffee with a powerful fullness. Our SUMATRA from controlled organic farming is a full-body coffee with concentrated earthy-sweet aromas and emphasizes spicy nuances such as cinnamon and tropical woods.
