We roast our coffee beans every day fresh
and very gently by hand to perfection, and
only on demand.

When a roast is ready, we allow it to
cool briefly before bagging the still
warm beans and then we seal the
packaging for good.

This is the only way we can guarantee
that you always get the full flavour and
this wonderful aroma.
