    "Brazil Yellow Bourbon"

    Vee's Espresso Roma "Extra Fancy" is a balanced mild espresso with profound sweetish aromas. The exquisite blend uses mainly coffee beans of the variety Arabica Yellow Bourbon, which is cultivated in the Cerrado region west of Sao Paulo.The coffee cherries are not bright red but mirabelle-yellow. The smaller but hard beans ripen slowly, store a lot of sugar and moisture and are suitable for a gentle but intense espresso roast, which reduces the acidity to zero and produces virtually no bitter substances. But we were not satisfied with that alone. Vee's Espresso Roma "Extra Fancy" is a velvety and naturally mild Grand-Cru-Espresso, which we have additionally refined with sweet and low-acid Grand-Cru coffees from Africa. A full-bodied espresso with lush, silk-like crema, great fullness and intense sweet aromas reminiscent of vanilla, caramel and roasted nuts.
