Vee's Organic BALI BLUE MOON

Bali Blue Moon is a well-known "secret" among coffee lovers.
After a devastating volcano blast in 1963, the Indonesian government revitalized their coffee agriculture and economy by handing out coffee seed stock to local farmers and encouraging an island-wide coffee growing campaign. Today, there are over 7,000 hectares of coffee growing farmland in Bali. Pesticides and chemicals are illegal to use on any of the crops.

Bali Blue Moon allures first with the eyes. The raw beans have a matte finish and are a very dark blue-green, a truly unique tinge that earns this bean its name.

Our hand-roasted beans are spicy and very full-bodied with flavors of dark chocolate, milk, and caramel.
