Vee's PAPUA NEW GUINEA - Organic Wild Blue Mountain (Vee's PAPUA NEUGUINEA - Organic Wild Blue Mountain)
Coffee from Papua New Guinea comes from the eastern part of the world's second-largest island (located north of eastern Australia). Cultivation began in 1927 with seeds from the famous Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee (Arabica Blue Mountain variety), which were smuggled from the then English Colony of Jamaica, much to the annoyance of the colonial power.
Vee's "Organic Wild Blue Mountain" is a wild, original coffee from strictly controlled organic farming. It grows in the Morobe Highlands under ideal climate conditions on weathered, volcanic, sea-facing, very nutrient-rich soils at altitudes of 1,100 m to 1,800 m. According to many experts, "wild" Blue Mountain coffee from Papua New Guinea is one of the best coffees in the world and more complex and aromatic than Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee ever was, due to the better climate conditions and higher altitude. And it is affordable.
Papua New Guinea coffee combines the vivacious fruity aroma and subtle freshness of Latin American coffee (Costa Rica, Galapagos, Guatemala) with the typical fullness and complex depth of Indonesian coffee (Java). Vee's Organic Wild Blue Mountain is wonderfully full-bodied, with noble abundance, very fine, subtle acidity, and complex fruity aromas with hints of nuts, mango and papaya.

Vee's MOKHA JAVA
Arabian Mokha-Java is an exquisite classic among coffee blends with a long tradition, that harmoniously blends the fruity flavours of genuine Yemeni mocha beans, the country of origin of coffee, and the nutty/earthy flavours of a "Genuine Blue Java" coffee. Arabian Mokha-Java is also suitable for making an excellent espresso and finely ground as a Turkish mokha.

Vee's SULAWESI - Old Brown Kalosi-Toraja (Vee's SULAWESI - Alter Brauner Kalosi-Toraja)
Celebes Island, which is called "Sulawesi" in Indonesian, is located between Borneo and Papua New Guinea, where one of the most famous coffees in the world is cultivated. Our Sulawesi Kalosi comes from "Toraja"-land, where the best coffee is produced. The small town of "Kalosi" in the centre of Sulawesi serves as a collection point for the coffee production. Our "Old Kalosi-Toraja" is a rarity because it is stored for several years in a tropical humid climate with good air circulation. During its natural fermentation, the coffee loses its acidity, and the green coffee gradually changes colour from blue-green to brown. The ripened coffee is milder, the typical aromas are deeper, more complex, intense and long-lasting. Our "Old Kalosi-Toraja" is extremely aromatic, with a profound fullness reminiscent of maple syrup. It contains virtually no acidity and it develops in the cup with an extraordinarily deep, complex flavour with prominent sweet and wonderfully spicy notes reminiscent of lush forest soil (wild mushrooms, autumn leaves, moss, ...) and tropical woods. Best with a dash of cream.

Vee's Arabian Roast (Vee's Arabische Röstung)
A blend of fine coffee from East Africa with the typical fruity flavors of the Orient. The harmoniously balanced complex aromas of flower scent and fruit create a mixture of breadth, depth and length. A coffee that is finely ground also ideal for the preparation of a "Turkish mocha".

Vee's ESPRESSO SANTO DOMINGO ROYAL
The large Caribbean island Hispaniola of the Greater Antilles archipelago consists of the states of Haiti in the west and the Dominican Republic in the east. Cuba stretches northwest, Jamaica lies southwest. In the centre of the Dominican Republic, the highest mountain in the Caribbean region, the Cordillera Central rises with three peaks over 3000 m. At the foothills of these mountains, first-rate Caribbean coffee has been cultivated since the beginning of the 19th century at altitudes of between 1200 and 1500 meters. Here is a microclimate that is very similar to that of the Blue Mountains of Jamaica. Since the main export goods of the Dominican Republic is still sugar cane, it is only worthwhile for farmers to cultivate coffee of special quality. Vee's ESPRESSO "Santo Domingo Royal" is a very spicy Grand- Cru coffee with a well-balanced, harmonious fullness and fine aromas of dark chocolate, tropical fruits, a hint of bitter almond and very rich, finely structured crema.
