    Vee's MEXICO - Maragogype

    The rare Maragogype "elephant beans" (pronounced maragodjip) are 2-3 times larger than conventional coffee beans and give a pleasantly soft and fragrant coffee. Maragogype is grown in Guatemala, Nicaragua and Mexico. We believe that the best elephant beans grow in Mexico. Our Maragogype comes from the area of Chiapas, near the border to Guatemala. This coffee is mild and aromatic with a pleasantly light, very fragrant fullness, with hints of nuts and cocoa and a wonderful coffee aroma.
