Vee's Espresso Italian Roast
The term Italian roasting comes from the common southern Italian, slightly darker roast for strong coffee and espresso. Originally, the dark roast was intended to cover defects of cheap coffee varieties (Robusta). However, we use a blend of exquisite, high-grown Grand-Cru coffees with abundant flavour and body, predominantly from Indonesia. The result is a balanced, deep and complex blend with noble richness and intense, sweet, fruity and earthy-spicy aromas. We recommend our Italian roast for the preparation of an excellent espresso with a lot of crema or as cappuccino, latte macchiato and regular coffee.
