 When ordering and then paying via paypal, payment was received, but the order did not arrive. The next day a very friendly conversation reached me from Italy, in which I was offered to send the order out (again); without further payment. No sooner said than done The (new) order including the espresso cup arrived intact within half a day. THANK YOU
